Placing an order
When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it — we may call you to confirm. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our area, we cannot reach you, or we reasonably suspect misuse.
Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct. We cannot be responsible for an order delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is Rs. 200, excluding the delivery charge.
Prices and tax
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). GST at 18% is applied at checkout, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm your order. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to every order.
We may change prices and the menu at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. Product photographs are for illustration; the item you receive may vary slightly in appearance.
Delivery area and times
We currently deliver breakfast only, from 10:00am to 1:00pm, daily, and only within Clifton and Defence, Karachi. Orders placed outside these hours or outside this area cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery times are estimates. We work to get your food to you hot and fresh, but traffic, weather and demand can cause delays. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order and to pay the rider.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Please have the correct amount ready for the rider where possible. We do not collect card or bank details on this website.
Cancellations, replacements and refunds
You can cancel free of charge before we start preparing your order. Because the food is freshly made and perishable, we cannot accept returns once it is delivered. If your order is wrong, incomplete or not of acceptable quality, tell us within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Food safety and allergens
Our food is freshly prepared and intended to be eaten on the day of delivery. Please refrigerate anything you are not eating straight away.
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces of them. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call us before ordering.
Your account
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
Use of this website
The content of this site, including our name, logo, photographs and text, belongs to New Dilpasand Sweets and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Our responsibility
We take care to describe our food accurately and to deliver it in good condition. Other than where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, including the delivery charge. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
